    We are currently run online based jewellery store in Malaysia.
  • How long can I receive my parcel?
    It usually takes 3-7 days, depends on your location. Please inform us if you does not receive your parcel after 7 days, it may due to Public Holiday or there is some problems encountered by courier service.
  • What is your payment method?
    Online transfer/ transfer payment/ DuitNow/ TNG Pay/ Visa & Master Card
  • Why is my order failed?
    - It may because you failed to make payment. - Your order will be automatically canceled if you do not complete your order within 48 hours.
  • [MANUAL PAYMENT] After Bank Transfer done, what should I do, and how?
    You will receive email after your order is successfully place. Kindly take a clear snapshot of your ATM Fund Transfer receipt (with your order number written on the receipt) or a Internet Banking Transaction screenshot and email to us. Or, you only need to send bank slip to our Facebook messager / Instagram direct message/ WhatsApp us with order number. Please bank in the correct amount.   • Is all the items ready stock?
    Yes.
  • Will your product sensitive to my skin?
    It depends on the sensitivity of your skin. If you are having a sensitive skin, we suggest you to choose 925 sterling silver or stainless steel products.
  • How can I store my jewellery properly?
    Place each jewellery in a zipper plastic bag to avoid extreme low humidity. Store 925 Sterling Silver Jewelleries by wrapping them with silver cloth to reduce oxidation. Store them in room temperature. Bedroom may be a good place. Organise your jewelleries in a drawer to make sure they will not tangle.
  • Return & refund policy
    RETURN & REFUND POLICY We are able to make refunds under a reasonable circumstances. To ask for exchange/refund, kindly contact us within 3 days. Returned products should be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt. All returned products should be shipped to our return address and packed in its original packaging with receipt. You have to inform us prior if the product is received damaged. It is the responsibility of customers to ship back the products in good and resalable condition. All sales items cannot be returned. Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene purposes. All handmade/ handstamped jewelleries are not eligible for exchange and return. Customers will need to pay for the shipping fees when returning the products. Circumstances that we will not accept your return parcel: More than 7 days. Parcel that are not in the original condition (JEWELLERY, JEWELLERY BOX, RECEIPT, CARD, SILVER POLISHING CLOTH & etc) Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene purposes. We do not accept anything that is washed, damaged and worn. SHIPPING FEE Shipping fees should be paid by customers when returning the parcel. RE-DELIVERY SERVICE If you fail to collect the parcel and is returned to us. A total of RM8 will be imposed as shipping fees for re-delivery services within West Malaysia. (We do not accept refund for parcel returned.)
